2. Data we process
- Owner account: name, email, phone and login credentials.
- Claim: contact details, public proof URL and verification information submitted by the applicant.
- Booking request: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and message.
- Alerts: email and search criteria.
- Operational data: usage events, referrer and user-agent for security/measurement. The web host may also keep technical server logs.
- Ιστορικά/owner-submitted στοιχεία επικοινωνίας: μόνο όσο απαιτείται για claim, υποστήριξη, απάντηση σε owner-initiated επικοινωνία or διαχείριση αντιρρήσεων. Η τρέχουσα αυτοματοποιημένη discovery/verification pipeline δεν αποστέλλει unsolicited owner emails.
3. Public / indirectly collected information
Για unclaimed καταχωρίσεις και source-backed Hotel Listings/Public Oferty μπορεί να χρησιμοποιούμε βασικές, δημόσια διαθέσιμες επαγγελματικές πληροφορίες, όπως όνομα καταλύματος, τύπο, τοποθεσία, website και δημόσια στοιχεία προσφοράς/διαθεσιμότητας, μαζί με την πηγή και τον χρόνο εντοπισμού. Τυχόν στοιχεία επικοινωνίας φυσικού προσώπου δεν χρησιμοποιούνται από την αυτοματοποιημένη discovery/verification pipeline για unsolicited outreach. Δεν παρουσιάζουμε το κατάλυμα ως συνεργάτη or owner-direct LastDay Deal πριν από ρητή owner confirmation. Κάθε ενδιαφερόμενος μπορεί να ζητήσει διόρθωση, περιορισμό or αφαίρεση.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing an account, claim, alert and booking request: performance of a requested service / pre-contractual steps where applicable.
- Security, abuse prevention, listing integrity and basic operational measurement: legitimate interests, following balancing where required.
- Owner communication: μόνο όταν ξεκινά από τον owner/διαχειριστή, αφορά claim/support or υπάρχει άλλο σαφές επιτρεπτό trigger. Η τρέχουσα discovery/verification pipeline δεν χρησιμοποιεί αυτοματοποιημένο or unsolicited email outreach προς stays.
- Non-essential analytics: consent before loading.
- Retention or disclosure obligations: compliance with a legal obligation.
5. Who receives data
Owner-direct στοιχεία κράτησης διαβιβάζονται μόνο στο σχετικό claimed κατάλυμα. Τεχνικοί πάροχοι hosting/email/analytics μπορεί να επεξεργάζονται δεδομένα για λογαριασμό μας σύμφωνα με τις αντίστοιχες συμβάσεις και ρυθμίσεις. Οι εξωτερικές κρατήσεις πραγματοποιούνται στον τρίτο πάροχο or στην επίσημη ιστοσελίδα του καταλύματος.
6. International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we apply the available lawful transfer mechanism and relevant safeguards. Providers and transfer mechanisms are recorded in the service processing records.
7. Retention
We keep data only for as long as required for the relevant purpose, for a reasonable dispute-resolution period and as required by legal obligations. Rejected/expired claim proof is not intended for permanent retention. Cookie choices are reviewed periodically. Retention periods are applied by data category and processing purpose.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, particularly direct marketing. You may also withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

9. Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. We would prefer that you first give us the opportunity to resolve the issue via lastminute@lastday.gr.
10. Security
We use access controls, CSRF protection, password hashing, upload restrictions and HTTPS in production. No system is completely secure; incidents are handled in accordance with applicable obligations.
